A little more of the person behind the handshake.
Steph Blackwell was a self-taught baker and series 10 finalist whose bakes balanced comfort, creativity and a health-conscious curiosity. Inspired by her grandad’s homemade bread, she liked reworking familiar favourites with fruit, vegetables and less refined sugar while she kept learning in public.
