Each handshake belongs to the baker who made it and the show that filmed it. Fans keeping a careful list — nothing official.
When a recipe is up, it’s drawn from a published page and linked. If the official page is an adaptation rather than the exact tent bake, that is noted (see Rahul’s Cake Week entry).
