The point of the archive

Not a ranking. A record of the moment.

A handshake is not a formal prize. It is a small, spontaneous piece of television: a judge sees something precise, generous, or just plain delicious, and reaches across the bench.

Handshake-Worthy keeps track of those moments without pretending they belong to us. We name the baker, the bake, the week, and the public source—then make room for the recipes and techniques that let the story travel.

How we attribute the archive

New from the tent

Big entrances.
Small chaos.

From hot-air balloons to dinosaur costumes, the hosts know how to make a bake feel like an event before the oven is even on.
