About the baker
A little more of the person behind the handshake.
Peter Sawkins won series 11 as a young Edinburgh baker whose work combined technical confidence with a clean, thoughtful style. He was studying accounting and finance during the competition, and has continued building a public baking life through recipes, teaching and the Peter Bakes platform.
