Dylan Bachelet was a series 15 finalist whose baking is shaped by a love of travel, illustration and fusion flavours. His Indian and Japanese-Belgian family roots, Southeast Asia travels and fascination with French pâtisserie all fed into the sweet-and-spicy, highly visual bakes that made him a standout in the tent.
