Chigs Parmar only began baking seriously during lockdown in 2020, teaching himself from online videos before stepping into the series 12 tent. His intricate chocolate work and fearless approach helped him become a finalist, and outside the oven he is known for bouldering, skydiving and long-distance challenges.
